"Refund showed up quicker than I thought"
I had to ask for a refund and wasn’t totally sure what to expect or if I was even doing it right, but it came through faster than I thought. So yeah, a little confusing at first, but overall it was easy and not bad...

"Decent stuff, but not a huge selection"
cooloo.com has some nice things, but uh, the selection felt a little limited to me. I did find a few items I liked, just not a ton of options to compare them with. It’s fine overall, but I think it could be better.

"Slow responses made things more frustrating than needed"
I had to reach out to cooloo about my order, and the reply took much longer than I expected. I even sent a follow-up and still ended up waiting a few days, which made the whole thing feel avoidable.
When they finally got back to me, the response was fine, but it wasn’t especially helpful. It just felt like I had to keep chasing them for a simple update, and that got annoying quickly.

"Solid quality, packaging could be better"
I ordered from cooloo.com the product quality was good for the price. It feels solid and looks just like the pictures, which is really what you hope for when buying online. I’m taking off one star because the packaging could’ve been better, I think if a company is going to ship something out, they should make sure it’s properly protected. Overall though, I’m happy with what I got.

"Shipping Cost Ended Up Being Too High"
I was planning to order a few things because the items themselves seemed like a good deal, but once I got to checkout, the shipping cost added up way more than I expected. It kind of changed the whole value of the order for me, because even though the prices looked fine at first, the extra shipping made it feel like I wasn’t really saving anything anymore. I ended up not feeling like it was worth it for what I was buying

Support did end up helping me, and I really appreciated that, but the wait felt frustrating. I was a bit stressed while waiting longer than I expected, though I’m glad they finally got things sorted out.

"Payment options didn’t work for me"
I was ready to place an order, but the payment options were a bit too limited for how I usually pay. Maybe it’s fine if one of their methods works for you, but in my case I couldn’t use my go-to option, so I ended up giving up. Kind of frustrating.

I ordered this from cooloo.com feeling optimistic because the photos made it look like it would be nicer quality. When it showed up, I liked the design at first, but my mood dipped a bit once I actually held it. The material felt thin and kind of flimsy, not as sturdy as I was hoping for.

After only a few uses, it already started showing some wear, which was frustrating. Shipping was fine and I still think it looks nice, but for the price, I expected something that felt more solid. I’m a little disappointed overall, so I’m not sure I’d buy from them again.

"Warranty claim was easier than I expected"
I had an issue with my Cooloo item after a few months, and I put off contacting them for a bit because I was busy and just assumed it would turn into one of those annoying warranty runarounds.
When I finally got around to it, it was straightforward. They replied within a reasonable time, asked for some photos and my order details, and then arranged a replacement without much back and forth. Really happy with how they handled it.

I tried Cooloo and the prices were okay, but not exactly impressive compared to what you see on a lot of similar sites. Some items felt fairly priced, while others seemed a little high for what you actually get. It’s not a bad option, just kind of average overall. If they dropped the prices a bit, I’d probably feel better about ordering again...

I had a problem with my order at first and wasn’t expecting much from customer service, since I usually don’t have the best luck with support teams. To be fair, they did get back to me and fixed it in the end. It took a little longer than I’d hoped, but at least it was resolved.

I placed an order on cooloo.com last week and wasn’t expecting it to arrive that quickly. I kept an eye on the tracking, and it updated smoothly the whole way, which was nice because I always get a little impatient waiting for packages. When it finally showed up, everything was in good shape and there were no issues with the delivery. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is that it took about a day to actually dispatch, but after that it moved along fast. Overall, it was a easy and smooth shipping experience.

"Showed up right when they said it would"
I ordered from cooloo.com and, to be honest, I wasn’t totally sure how the delivery would go. I kept checking the tracking thinking maybe it would get delayed, but it was actually clear and the package arrived on the exact day they said it would. No hassle, no chasing it down, and the box showed up in good shape too. I’d probably order from them again.
